Christmas Caramels

2 c. or 1 pt. white Karo
1 lb. brown sugar
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. nuts

Mix together. Stir until 237 degrees (soft ball) add nuts. Put in buttered pan and let cool. Wrap in small pieces in wax paper.
