Christmas Salad

1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1 (9 oz.) tub Cool Whip

Mix together and whip with spoon until light and fluffy. Add 1 (30 ounce) can cherry pie filling. Fold in 1 large can of crushed, drained pineapple; 2 cans drained mandarin oranges; 1 cup miniature marshmallows; 3/4 cup chopped nuts. Chill and serve.
