Christmas Salad 1 pkg. lime Jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
Pout 1 cup boiling water into Jello. Add juice of strained pineapple, enough cold water to fill cups. As it starts to cool, beat Jello and add cream cheese and beat again. Add pineapple. Chill in refrigerator and let set.
