Christmas Salad 1 sm. pkg. Jello, lime
1 c. hot water
10 marshmallows cut up or 2 c. miniature marshmallows
Add marshmallows to hot Jello. Cool slightly and add 1 can crushed pineapple #2 size. Blend in 1 cup Miracle Whip mayonnaise, 2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese. Whip 1 cup whipping cream and blend into cheese and mayonnaise mixture. Then add these 3 to first mixture. Pour into 9 x 12 inch baking pan or dish. When this is cool and set add 1 package raspberry Jello dissolved in 2 cups water and cooled partly thick. Pour over top of first mixture. Christmas Salad printer friendly version located here.
