Christmas Salad 2 pkgs. lime Jello
3 1/2 c. water
1 can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
Mix and chill until firm. 3 1/2 c. water Mix and chill until firm. 2/3 c. cold water 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 pt. cream, whipped Heat the pineapple juice and bring to a boil. Dissolve Knox gelatin in cold water. Add to boiling pineapple juice; cool. Add cream cheese. Whip cream and sweeten to taste. Add to pineapple juice. Put the lime Jello and pineapple in bottom of a large cake pan. Next add cream cheese mixture (middle), then the strawberry Jello on top. Christmas Salad printer friendly version located here.
