Cut Christmas Tree Solution

1 gal. hot water
1 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. bleach

Mix ingredients together. Let the syrup dissolve and mixture cool down. Make a fresh cut at the bottom of trunk and place tree in cooled solution. Keep watered with solution through the season.
